Description
With an extended ageing of more than fifty months on its lees exceeding Gran Reserva requirements, Gramona Imperial Brut 2017 is a world-class sparkling wine in Corpinnat. It associates organic Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay grapes in a complex and saline profile. At 12% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Made in Spain.
Its exceptional creaminess and complexity establish it as a high-class gastronomic wine. It is well suited for pairing with full tasting menus, roasted white meats or fatty fish.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright gold and clean with finely integrated bubbles in the glass.
- Aroma: Baked apple, citrus peel, brioche, sweet butter and nuts.
- Palate: Voluminous, silky and structured, with a saline and persistent finish.
- Serve: At about 8-10 °C, perfect for tasting menus or white meats.
