Description
The traditional Jaume Serra cellars craft Jaume Serra Brut Nature at the El Padruell estate, where it rests for at least twelve months in the quiet of their cellars. Lacking added sugars after disgorgement, it offers a dry, lively and highly fresh profile in the glass. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Made in Spain.
Its excellent value makes it a highly demanded sparkling wine for events. It successfully accompanies fried fish, traditional tapas and salty appetizers.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Pale straw yellow with clean greenish highlights and constant bubbles.
- Aroma: Citrus zest, fresh green apple and subtle floral hints.
- Palate: Light, lively and highly refreshing, with a dry and clean finish.
