The semi-dry sparkling wine Ice Cava Jaume Serra 750ml is produced using the traditional method, seeking to harmonise with the extreme chill of ice in the glass. At 11% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this recipe of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada maintains its white fruit aromatic volume in Penedès. Made in Spain.
Its integrated sweetness and cheerful carbonation place it as a highly festive and casual proposal. Try it pairing with sweet pastries or fresh chopped fruit bowls.
