Associating the firmness of Cabernet Sauvignon and the silky roundness of Merlot, Vina del Vero Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot stands out in Somontano for its structured profile. This red ages in selected oak barrels to refine its tannins and balance its herbal character. At 13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Made in Spain.
Its elegant character places it as a highly versatile option for the daily table. It combines very well with grilled meats, pasta dishes in meat sauce and semi-cured cheeses.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Deep ruby red of medium depth with violet highlights.
- Aroma: Ripe forest fruits, green pepper, fine spices and wood vanilla.
- Palate: Medium to full-bodied, smooth and well-balanced, with integrated tannins.
