Description
Seeking to offer a younger and more dynamic style than the winery's great classic, Juve & Camps Essential Purpura Reserva Brut undergoes at least twenty-four months of bottle ageing. At 12% ABV in a 750ml bottle in Cava, the Brut dosage contributes a silky volume balancing its acidity. Made in Spain.
Its constant bubbles make it an ideal sparkling wine for celebrations. It is excellent for welcoming guests with appetizers, accompanying delicate fish or fruit desserts.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright straw yellow with fine and persistent bubbles.
- Aroma: Fresh and fruity, with white peach, green apple, flowers and toasted bread.
- Palate: Creamy, well-balanced and fresh, with a pleasant roundness.
- Serve: At about 7-8 °C with delicate fish, appetizers or desserts.
