Description
Bach Extrisimo Brut Nature is crafted according to the traditional method using Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, undergoing a minimum of nine months of ageing in the cellar. As a pure Brut Nature, no dosage sugar is added after disgorgement, achieving a bone-dry, clean and crisp profile. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Made in Spain.
This is a cava of great fineness ideal for pairing with seafood appetizers. Serve it very chilled to enjoy its freshness with white fish, shellfish and sushi.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Pale straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles.
- Aroma: Fresh and clean, with green apple, pear and citrus notes.
- Palate: Crisp, dry and well-balanced, with a highly clean finish.
- Serve: Very chilled, at about 6 °C, ideal with seafood, sushi or fish.
