Following the traditional method rigorously in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Agustí Torelló Mata Reserva Brut Nature is an emblematic cava crafted only from indigenous Penedès varieties. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this sparkling wine undergoes ageing of at least twenty-four months with no sugar added, achieving a clean and dry profile. Made in Spain.

Its crisp acidity makes it a highly balanced and easy-drinking cava. It successfully accompanies fish, roasted poultry and light seafood rice dishes.
