Description
The prestigious family-run winery Juve & Camps crafts in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia its Reserva de la Familia, an iconic Brut Nature Gran Reserva cava with no sugar added after disgorgement. At 12% ABV in a 750ml bottle in the Cava appellation, it associates Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada aged for an average of thirty-six months on its lees.
Its dry profile and great fineness make it ideal to accompany an entire meal. It stands out when pairing with fish rice dishes, seafood or white meats.
Tasting Notes
