Wormwood, star anise and fennel are the plants that build the character of this Spanish absinthe in a 200ml flat flask at 70% ABV: an extremely high-strength spirit that follows the classic recipes of the late nineteenth century, with the characteristic green colour and a sharp, herbaceous aroma that admits no comparison with any other spirit in the category. Made in Spain.

The traditional absinthe ritual — a perforated spoon, a sugar cube, ice-cold water dripping slowly — releases the essential oils and transforms the spirit into an opalescent mixture. At 70%, dilution with water is essential: two parts water to one of absinthe is the usual starting point. The flat flask format makes it easy to carry anywhere without unnecessary bulk.
