Under the influence of its denomination's Mediterranean climate, Catar Montsant presents itself as a well-structured red wine capturing the essence of the hills surrounding the Priorat, from which it inherits similar soils. Blended from Grenache and Carignan, this red matures in oak barrels to refine its texture and round out black fruit and herbal notes. At 14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Produced in Spain.

Its good structure on the palate places it as a traditional wine highly valued by enthusiasts. Pair it with grilled red meats, game stews and cured cheeses.
