Description
Sourced from the historic San Sadurní d'Anoia area, Cava Jaume Serra Semi Seco Zero undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it is finished with a moderate dosage of sugar yielding a smooth, friendly drink in Penedès. Made in Spain.
Its low perceived acidity makes it an ideal proposal for sparkling wine beginners. It successfully accompanies sponge cakes, tarts and exotic dishes.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright yellow of clean appearance with constant regular bubbles.
- Aroma: Citrus peel, ripe apple and subtle hints of fine yeast.
- Palate: Smooth, slightly sweet and of friendly mouthfeel, highly easy-drinking.
