The mountainous Llopart estate is the origin of Llopart Reserva Brut Nature, an organic sparkling wine produced under the strict Corpinnat quality label. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this Reserva ages for a minimum of twenty-four months on its lees, achieving an extremely dry, vertical and highly fresh mineral character. Made in Spain.

Its honest and crisp profile makes it an excellent aperitif. Try it pairing with grilled fish, fresh seafood, roasted vegetables and Mediterranean tapas.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Very pale straw yellow with constant fine bubbles.
• Aroma: Fresh and clean, with white flowers, sour apple and subtle yeast hints.
• Palate: Crisp, vertical and very dry, balanced by refreshing acidity.
• Serve: Serve at about 6-8 °C with fish, seafood or roasted vegetables.
