Description
Codorníu Extra Brut Ecológico pays a well-deserved tribute to sustainable viticulture in Penedes, crafted from traditional grapes free of synthetic chemicals. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this organic Cava ages for at least nine months on its lees using the traditional method. Made in Spain.
Its crisp profile places it as an excellent proposal for responsible celebrations. Enjoy it in appetizers or accompanying white fish and Mediterranean salads.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Pale straw yellow with fine bubbles of great persistence.
- Aroma: Fresh and fruity, dominated by citrus zest and green apple.
