Conde de Caralt Brut Nature is crafted using the traditional method with Penedes grapes Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. As a pure Brut Nature, it contains zero added sugars after its bottle ageing, resulting in a dry, sharp cava of great citrus fruitiness. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Made in Spain.

Its dry and crisp character places it as a trusted option at the table. It pairs excellently with fresh seafood, Mediterranean salads and sushi.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Pale straw yellow with clean greenish highlights and persistent bubbles.
• Aroma: Fresh green apple, pear and subtle yeast notes.
• Palate: Bone-dry, vibrant and clean, with refreshing acidity of good length.
