Selected from the winery's high-quality plots, Freixenet Cava Premium represents the upper tier of the firm's traditional production. At 12% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it undergoes extended ageing in the quiet cellars to gain nut and brioche creaminess in Penedès. Made in Spain.

Its fineness and volume place it as an ideal sparkling wine for formal occasions. It pairs excellently with complex blue fish recipes, poultry and aged cheeses.
