Description
Pago de Breda Crianza is crafted from 100% Tempranillo and ages for at least twelve months in American and French oak barrels in Ribera del Duero. At 14.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it offers a powerful structure where black fruit and a fine vanilla background stand out. Made in Spain.
Its mature tannins and meatiness guarantee a magnificent evolution. It is well suited for pairing with traditional roasted lamb, small game dishes and long-cured sheep cheeses.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Deep cherry red with a clean, covered garnet rim.
- Aroma: Ripe blackberry, black plums, sweet vanilla and fine cocoa.
- Palate: Powerful and structured, with silky tannins and a long persistent finish.
- Serve: At about 16-18 °C with roasted lamb, small game or cured cheeses.
