Contributing a distinctive touch of body and smoothness through the inclusion of Chardonnay grape in the blend, Llopart Integral Brut Nature is a Corpinnat Reserva sparkling wine of great fineness. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this sparkling wine undergoes ageing of eighteen to twenty-four months with no added sugars. Made in Spain.
Its gastronomic and structured profile places it as a highly complete proposal. It is ideal for pairing with fish in sauce, roasted poultry and white meat dishes.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright straw yellow with a persistent fine bubble crown.
- Aroma: Complex, with white peach, fresh citrus and hints of toasted bread.
- Palate: Voluminous, well-structured and rounded, with great acid balance.
- Serve: At about 7-8 °C with fish in sauce, poultry or white meats.
