Description
The white granite soil ('saulo') characteristic of Alella defines the fineness of Alta Alella Laieta Gran Reserva Brut Nature, an organic Cava presented in its iconic tilted bottle. At 12% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it associates Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo), Chardonnay and Pinot Noir aged for over thirty months. Made in Spain.
Its saline minerality makes it a sparkling wine of great distinction. Enjoy it with complex seafood dishes, Mediterranean seafood cuisine and white poultry.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Pale gold with extremely fine and constant bubbles.
- Aroma: Ripe fruits, white flowers, toasted almonds and mineral hints.
- Palate: Structured, dry and very creamy, with marked Mediterranean salinity.
- Serve: Serve chilled at about 8 °C with seafood or fatty fish.
