Description
Seeking to balance Mediterranean freshness with a pleasant roundness on the palate, Parxet Brut presents itself as the winery's most accessible and friendly expression. Following the traditional method, this sparkling wine undergoes ageing in the cellar to integrate its bubbles with fruity and white flower aromas. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle in the Cava appellation. Made in Spain.
Its slight sweet touch makes it highly pleasant for any type of event. It is ideal for toasting at celebrations, accompanying light appetizers or fruit desserts.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright straw yellow in the glass with constant bubbles.
- Aroma: Fresh white flowers, ripe peach and soft citrus.
- Palate: Smooth, harmonious and fruity, with balanced light sweetness.
- Serve: At about 7-8 °C, ideal for toasting or with appetizers and desserts.
