Description
Following the strict guidelines of biodynamic viticulture, Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2019 represents the ultimate limestone expression of the Corpinnat terroir. At 12% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this organic sparkling wine undergoes a minimum of forty months of ageing on its lees, with no sugar added after disgorgement. Made in Spain.
This is an artisanal masterpiece valued for its great dryness and fineness. Enjoy it pairing with complex seafood, Iberian acorn-fed ham and high-end gastronomy.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright gold and clean with very fine, constant bubbles.
- Aroma: Complex and deep, with ripe white fruit, dried flowers, toasted bread and minerals.
- Palate: Structured, very dry and exceptionally fresh, with a firm mouthfeel.
- Serve: At about 8-10 °C with seafood, Iberian ham or high-end gastronomy.
