Description
Founded in 1865 in Blanes, this historic winery crafts Mont-Ferrant Tradicional Brut Nature following a rigorous commitment to tradition. At 12% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this cava with zero dosage is aged in the cellar to achieve its vertical, dry and highly fine mineral profile in the glass. Made in Spain.
Its dry and refreshing character is well suited for lovers of classic sparkling wines. It successfully pairs with cured Iberian ham, fatty fish and grilled seafood.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Pale straw yellow with fine bubbles and constant persistence.
- Aroma: White orchard fruits, fresh field herbs and yeast notes.
- Palate: Very dry, crisp and highly refreshing, with a clean mineral finish.
- Serve: Serve at about 6-8 °C with cured ham, seafood or fatty fish.
