The Alella region is the home of Parxet Brut Reserva 2021, a premium cava that stands out for using the local Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo) grape that contributes a unique personality. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this sparkling wine undergoes a minimum of twenty months of ageing on its lees to achieve creamy bubbles and nut notes. Made in Spain.

Its volume and freshness on the palate place it as an excellent proposal for toasting. It pairs ideally with sophisticated seafood dishes, baked fatty fish and fine appetizers.
